Life is a series of thresholds.
We must feel our way through.
I take an integrative approach that weaves together psychotherapy, body based awareness practices, and thoughtful medication management. Our work may include talk therapy, mindfulness and somatic awareness, and intentional prescribing when it feels appropriate.
I do not see medication as a cure or a quick fix. When used, it can offer meaningful support by reducing symptoms, creating more internal steadiness, and making space for deeper emotional work and day to day functioning. My approach to prescribing is collaborative and careful, with a focus on the lowest effective dose and ongoing dialogue about how you are feeling.
I also place strong emphasis on lifestyle as part of the healing process. Sleep, stress, nutrition, supplementation, and movement all play an important role in supporting mental health. These are not add ons, but an integral part of care, and we work together to find changes that feel realistic and supportive for your life.
You are an active participant in this process, and your lived experience guides the work we do together.
Please note I do not prescribe benzodiazepines or stimulants.
